How do I schedule a courier pick up after generating the shipping label?
- Once you have booked a courier shipment, hover over the "Track" tab and select "Edit/Cancel" from the drop-down menu. Here you can schedule all your current day's shipments.
- Please be aware that you only need to schedule a pickup once per carrier for that day's current shipments.
- Hit the "Schedule Pickup" link to schedule your pickup.
- Enter in a pickup location.
- Enter in a time range for pickup.
- Click "Request Pickup."
- You will get a confirmation number once you have scheduled a pickup. If you do not see a confirmation number, you have not scheduled a pickup with that carrier. Please note that you only need to schedule a pickup once per carrier for shipments going out on the same day.
